Standard Cleaning

Everything in Standard plus detailed work on baseboards, buildup, reachable fixtures, doors and other areas normally excluded from routine maintenance.

Do you bring supplies?
Yes. IKO provides standard cleaning products and equipment.
What is the guarantee?
If you believe an eligible included area was missed, contact us within 24 hours. We'll review the concern and, when appropriate, return to address it at no additional charge.
Do you move heavy furniture?
No. We clean accessible areas and do not promise moving heavy furniture or handling hazardous materials. Light surface-level organization is available within scope.
What about 6–8 bedroom homes?
Those homes use a crew-based hourly service with a four-hour minimum. Final time can vary with square footage, condition and scope.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms presented at booking. Contact us as early as possible.
Do you serve commercial clients?
